The Starter plan is designed for startups, small businesses, or those new to ERP systems. It offers essential features to manage your business processes efficiently. With the Starter plan, you gain access to the core modules, an integrated Malaysia LHDN E-Invoice app, basic customization options, cloud hosting, a dedicated site name, and your own database instance. This comprehensive package ensures you have everything needed to get started with ERPNext.

Key User Workshop

Additionally, customers on the Starter plan are also invited via email to participate in our monthly Key User Workshop, subject to availability. These workshops cover a variety of module topics and industries, including Manufacturing, Retail, and Trading, and are designed to help you fully optimize ERPNext for your unique business needs.

The Pro plan is ideal for businesses that require more advanced features and greater flexibility. Along with all the features included in the Starter plan, the Pro plan offers:

  • Automated Data Backups: Daily automated data backups, with the option to customize the backup frequency to suit your specific needs, ensuring your data is always protected.
  • Malaysian Tax Compliance: Access to Malaysian tax compliance tools, including an SST (Sales and Service Tax) template, to simplify tax filing and compliance.
  • Custom Print Templates: 10 standard print template designs, customized with your company’s letterhead format, for professional and consistent documentation.
  • Early Access to Features: Early access to new feature updates, allowing you to stay ahead and further optimize your business operations.

Key User Workshop:

Pro plan customers are invited to participate in our Key User Workshops, which cover different module topics and industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, and Trading. These workshops are held monthly, subject to availability. While seats are limited, additional sessions may be opened based on demand. The workshops are designed to help you fully leverage the capabilities of ERPNext for your business.

1:1 Consultation:

As a Pro plan customer, key users are granted exclusive access to schedule a one-time, two-hour consultation session. This session is designed to help key users gain a deeper understanding of onboarding onto ERPNext, engage in open discussions, and explore ways to transform existing business operations within the system.

1:1 Key User Workshop:

Pro plan customers have the option to schedule a one-time, two-hour key user training session per module. This focused training helps your team understand how to use ERPNext’s system modules and features to streamline your business processes. If additional hours are needed, extra charges will apply. However, if your organization is registered with HRD Corp (HRDC), these fees can be 100% claimable, subject to your company's levy amount.

The Enterprise plan is designed for larger organizations with more complex needs. It includes all the features of the Pro plan, but with additional customization options and scalability. The Enterprise plan offers tailored solutions to meet your specific business requirements, such as:

  • Dedicated Account Management: A dedicated account manager who will work closely with your team to ensure your ERPNext implementation aligns perfectly with your business goals.
  • Advanced Analytics: Access to advanced analytics and reporting tools to gain deeper insights into your business performance and make data-driven decisions.

HRD Corp Claimable Courses:

As an added benefit, we offer 100% HRD Corp claimable courses related to ERP, enabling your team to get the training they need to maximize the value of your ERPNext system. These courses are designed to help your organization fully leverage ERPNext’s capabilities and ensure a successful implementation and ongoing usage.

Yes, you can easily upgrade from the Starter plan to the Pro or Enterprise plans as your business grows and your needs evolve. Upgrading is a seamless process, and we ensure that your data and settings are retained, so you can continue your operations without any disruptions.

Byondwave accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards for hassle-free transactions, ensuring a smooth and convenient payment experience. For larger enterprises or specific cases, we also offer the option to arrange payment terms via bank transfer. At Byondwave, we strive to provide flexible and affordable payment options for our clients. You can choose between our monthly or yearly subscription plans, depending on what best suits your business needs. Opting for our yearly subscription plan not only ensures continuity and peace of mind but also offers significant savings of up to 15%, making it a cost-effective option for long-term use.

At Byondwave, we understand that your data is valuable and we want to make sure that you can continue using our services seamlessly. If you have decided to cancel your subscription, we are giving you a timeframe of up to 5 days to export your data, so that you can keep it safe and use it whenever you need to.

However, if you choose not to export your data, don't worry, we will keep it safe and secure on our server for up to 1 month. This means that if you decide to resubscribe during this period, your account will be reactivated with the same set of data, and you can continue where you left off without any hassle. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our server, ensuring that your privacy and security are protected.
